Is it possible to deposit sattlement money in court?

Sir ,

If husband and wife want to get divorced, Is it possible to deposit sattlement money (by cheque) in court?

If yes, will this money have to be deposited on date of first hearing? and this cheque will be given to wife on judgement date.

OR

this money will be given to wife on judgement date  (no deposit in court is required, husband can keep it with himself)

Court is not a bank where you can deposit money, no such money will be accepted. Settlement money should be handed over to the other party in the court hall itself, either by cash or cheque.
