False and baseless allegations

Friends and Experts,

Wife filed a divorce suit alleging that husband deserted her. the fact is that it was she who deserted him. Now, husband does not want to resume cohabitation and if divorce is granted he does not want it to be on ground that he has deserted the wife. what to do?

Contest the divorce. Appoint the lawyer and the first step done in court is you will put in the mediation. In the mediation propose for MCD ascertain if the cost is involved if huge alimony then contest the case and fight based on its merits. For you delay strategy will work fine. Please give us facts like her education and working status with this above information no body in this forum will be able to assist you.

What you should have done, she has done.  What a pity.  Divorce if granted, consider yourself lucky, you deserted her or she deserted you all will be on paper, 1 year down the line after divorce is granted nobody will even remember who left whom.
