My wife left me in aug 2013 and filed a case of 498a, 3&4 dpa. We saw the complaint given by her saying that we asked additional dowry of 20 lakhs(they gave 5 lakhs for marriage expenses as we did marriage and we spend 2.5 lakhs for her jewelery, bills are with us and 2.5 lakhs for food etc) that 5 lakhs are also through online transfer only. she also complained that i beat her and for that she got abortion as she had bleeding, but the truth is when she got pregnant she does not want to continue as she doesn't have job and listing to her mother and aunts suggestions she did abortion.I have the prescriptttion where she told to the doctor that she took IPill for avoiding pregnancy. I applied for AB but it was rejected. My parents got the AB. Now what should i do? I am a Central govt employee and from past 1 month i am in leave, but without any reason i am suffering and hiding, it feels very bad for me. On what grounds police will arrest? I have all the proofs of each allegation she did on me. how can i defend myself with all these proofs? I am tired with the sayings of lawyers i am approaching for justice. Can any one please help
