I need to ask a query on behalf of my husband Mr. Appollinus Intru Lobo.
The query is ---- His grand father had a property of 2and a half acer under land reform 1983. One of his sons .. that is my uncle has transferred it on his name after giving false declaration that he is the only heir to the property.
He has not mentioned his brothers children and hence took it on his name.
Last year when my husband filed a case in the court of the Principal Judge Karkala ..after he came to know of this matter.
Can my uncle sell this property in December 2013 while the case is still in the court.
