Dva/498a counter blast against rcr

Dear expert,

First I have filed RCR after 15 days my wife has filed 498A/DVA against my family. It's a counter blast contempt of the court policy?

How can I close 498A/DVA cases. Here I have attached sample judgement which is collected from internet, is that useful of me?

Shall I move high court? What should I do? What is my next move?

The cases that you have quoted are not helping your case. Filing RCR is no guarantee that no case of 498a would be filed against you or 498a case filed against you would be closed.

Here I am running the RCR how can I stay the 498A/dva/Maintanance case. What is the legal procedure? Can I quash False cases under 482 CRPC? Have any other effective tool kindly suggest me.
