Dear sir/Madam,
My Wife is a lawyer. and she wants to give divorce to me. After i gave so many request to my wife to join my matrimonial life through local police station, she is not accepting. she make false allegations against me and plan to divorce.
Kindly advice me what are the precaution to be taken from my end to avoid the divorce or protect me if she send the summon.

Marriage is not like a light bulb to be switch on and off at the whims of one spouse, but a real life drama in action. One can not just get married and snapped the ties without any reasons which you have not stated. But if you are anticipating divorce from her especially a lady lawyer , I would first suggest that you closer all your bank accounts and transfer to another bank , dispose off immovable property in the name of some of your close friend not your relatives. If you have any precious thing in bank locker put some useless thing in those locker to mislead her, engage a lawyer and file petition for RCR.
