Hi,
Can a Complainant appoint another private lawyer to contest the case along with the public prosecutor to prove the case?
Example: private complaint filed in Court and police investigated and charges framed, what if the Public prosecutor is colluded with the accused? Can the complainant contest through personal lawyer? If yes, Please refer under what sections and provisions, also please refer any citations.
