I have filed petition exparte order. Judge accept to open. But he informed to pass DV maintenance order without any trail. How is it possible. Where I appeal against DV maintenance

Sir, there is no trail completed. The court do not know what is my income proof. How can they pass the interim maintenance??

Interim orders can be passed based on the application. If you are dissatisfied, you may file a revision in Session Court.
