Hi ,
I'm asking this question for my friend , his uncle "A' is eldest of 3 brothers , and he is unmarried , & has no adopted children (apparently he has named no one as leagl hier ) , now he owns a house , which not a family property or anchestor property , it is his own money , which he wants to sell and give the money to his two brothers , out of the two brothers my friends father "C" is last one , now his uncle "A" want to give "C" 70 % money , for "B" 20 % and he wants to keep 10% for himself. Is there any law states that "A" should divide the money equally and give it to his brothers or is there any law that "B" can go to court and demand equal share .
