Put our protest in writing on mygov.in against baised laws

Guys.....instead of shouting here in the forum and creating commotion without any effect, why not take the route that the Hon prime minister has given to the ordinary citizens to make their voices heard, lets approach the MGOV.in website and let the govt hear about the misuse of baised laws supported to statistics from courts and police stations to bring forward, and make our voices heard,

Hi Members,

Please try change.org with the persons who got affected and with evidance. This is a powerful tool to reach PM cell or parliament.

Any one sufferer should come forward, collect evidences from other sufferers and start a petition in change.org with the help of any Men's Rights Organisation would be great.

yes........but unlike feminist groups who are always united. people in the forum, dont have any interest in being united. many people only ask queries and move away.even if every individual contributes his own suggestion with detail on both change.org and mygov.in. that itself will start a movement and will be noticed in the corridors of power....people who are in trouble should start taking steps forward....

@ Author,

1. Good call/pointer.

2. For being heard, victims of gender Laws should first come together and then compose (in bullet points) grievances in a professional manner and then make their suggestion on gender neutrality (again in bullet points) as suggested way out in order to make themselves heard if using such quasi-government platforms.

3. Putting individual long stories in pointed platform(s) often do not bring desired impact is my view.

PS;

ha ha..... 'man is by nature a selfish social animal'; hence atleast for a change at this juncture do not you subscribe that woman are always better grouped when  such calls for survival of the fittest made and there is reason to experience so; a woman (wife) hates another woman (mother-in-law) whereas a man (husband) fears another man (father-in-law) BTW, all Authorities are like father-in-law for a man ;-)

@tajobs..........thank you sir for your kind appreciation.....your suggestion is correct. however there is dearth of unity among male fighters......that is a very disappointing thing...inspite of calling people to unite, they just vanish when their query is solved.

Follow the leader.  Stay single.  Ask MODI how he got rid of his wife?

Practically, there is no use running pillar to post or writing to the PM about biased laws.

Now there are laws, but there were married couple before also, look at your parents, did they go to court, police station?  No.  They wanted to live life peacefully and with dignity, moreover there was need for them to lead marital life.  Your existence itself is a answer for that.

Only one thing works in marriage.  Adjustment.  If one can adjust with any thing, then only should get married, or else should not get married at all.

Its literally useless to point finger at laws and people who made laws and women.

In simple words, taqat badi rehni chahiye, ya akele rehke bhugtu ya saath rehke bhugto, ya court kacheri ghoomkar bhugto, its all the way you see it and take it.  For some it will feel its a waste of time to adjust and ask questions like how far and how much to adjust, but in fools words, that adjustment power is called as love.  Think about it.  Its no use pointing finger at govenrment and biased laws.

Its better to find easier ways out of problems than to run behind endlessly to change system and laws.  Nobody comes with lifetime warranty and gaurantee.  Enjoy youth sensibly when you have it in your hands, not after 60

@Helping Hand  , I'm not sure I agree with you about this but someday somebody need to stand against it firmly , Who enact these biased law they are also humans and they have to understand misuse of it and they have to change it otherwise time will change them this is nature of law on top of every law.

One more point to all when these laws came in legislation there was lot of harassment against women in society but now time is changed nothing left like that or very minimal but law is still that much biased and firm against men. Now women have equal rights and equal education and equal opporinuites and etc. there is only restriction in their mind to always become parasites.

If somewhere inequality is then it is in Indian laws which gave you fundamental Right to equality but with grace of your wife which can be revoked by exercising her extra fundamental rights like 498a, DV etc..

SO NOW THERE IS NEED OF GENDER NEUTRAL LAWS

IMHO women are not equal to men they are more superior then men they hold lot of pain and always deliver love as mother , as sister , as daughter BUT as a wife they are losing their self-respect just for greed of some money (in context of false 498a/DV wives)

Lets unite and get rid of these gender biased laws.

In my childhood, i have heard people saying "According to law, 1000 criminals can escape but one innocent person also shoudn't get punished" But with these gender biased laws, so many innocent people are getting punished and tortured.
