Exipry and value of "deed of settlement" after divorce

Dear Members/Friends,

A person (Husband) who got an Ex-Parte Divorce Decree in the year 2007, executed a "Deed of Settlement" in the favour of his First Wife and First Wife's Children in the year 2008 stating that he would pay Rs.5000/- per month and some property and pension arrears amount as well and later on there is no address of that so called person(Husband).

Q.1) So, holding this "Deed of Settlement" can the First Wife or First Wife's Children approach court.

Q.2) Will there any value for the said "Deed of Settlement," which is executed after he (husband) getting Exparte Divorce Decree.

Q.3) Is there any Expiry period for the above said Deed of Settlement.
