You are right sir. In my observation, interalia there are two main reasons due to which a victim avoids to file a suit for damges : 1. heavy court fee 2. delayed justice.

Dr. V.N.Tripathi has indeed hit bull's eye. However, even the advocates are weary and do not encourage filing of suit for damages in civil courts. The absence of willingness on the part of proffessionals also is a contirbutory factor to this phenomena. If advocates oppose the DATE GAME in such cases, delays can be avoided. I have a matter on hand and am willing to disucss this over with any proffessional practising in Mumbai.
