Right of divorced daughter

Sir,

If a daughter is a dirvorcee .Does she has a right to stay in her maternal home? The maternal home is a rental one.The daughter has one married sister and mother .The rental agreement is within owner and her mother. She is absconded  and the abscondence period is above 8 years. If she comes ,can she stay  in mother,s rental house despite mother's denial. Does she get right to live in that house after her mother's death.Does married sister get some rights in that rental house?

Yours faithfully

If the mother does not allow, then the daughter has no right to stay in her house.

absconded ?? - forget to mention the cause tht mk her to abscond exactly fr eight [8] years could play a roll to decide in fmly dispute.
besides, normally married women live in their marital home.
