Dear All,
Kindly provide the drafts of relevant documents, resolutions, etc. required for making an application to the Central Government for appointment of relative of a Director on a remuneration exceeding Rs. 50,000 p.m. in terms of the provisions of section 314 of the Companies Act, 1956.

Law is nothing but a common sense. Section 314 of Companies Act well defines the circumstances under which such an application can be moved. Collect the required information from that section and move a simple application. No specific performa is mentioned in the Act.
