Want to file defamation case in 498a plz help

7 names were mentioned in FIR 498a and finally 3 names in chargesheet .out of the 4 two people wants to file defamation suit .

1)my nani

2)my friend

please guide what all sections can be used to harass the other party through defamation suit .my nana is no more in this world now ,but nani will fight .

Please act calm until case is on and mind those four are discharged not acquited.

No you cant, the matter is under trial.Restitution of Conjugal Rights - (Right to stay together) is one option for you.It may help u solve the matter.
