Need suggestion from lawyers

Dear / Madam,

My name is Jebu from Coimbatore India. I need a valid suggestion from you. My family had four members, Father, Mother, Sister and mine. Sister got married and lives in separate. My mother was no more.

My father had property; he wants to surrender this property to me.

What are the processes I have to follow?

Did my sister have given no objection?

What are simple and proper ways to surrender the property with economically?

What do you mean by surrender of property?, is your father proposing to give away his self acquired  property to you?, if yes, he can either execute a registered settlement deed or gift deed in your favor if he wants to convey it during his life time or can bequeath the same by executing a Will in your favor by which you will be able to acquire it after his life time acting on the Will.
