Acquittal from 498a

Dear Sirs, I have been acquitetd from 498a charges after almost 9 years legal fight. Court has orderd as the charges against me are not based on facts. Now I want to file counter case on her and need advise how and what laws I can use for the same?

The other important point is that, in the last 9 years she had already obtained various orders from other corts U/S 125, 24 etc for maintenance using the false FIR u/s 498a. How can I counter the same when trial court has orderd against that FIR ? Can I recover the amount that has been paid to her in terms of maintenance?

Also I need a good Lawyer for Defamation case in Mumbai, If someone can help. I want to teach that family a lesson for misusing the law and harassment that I am sufering for last almsot 10 years. Request help form all of you to fight against this immoral law.

Court would not have ordered for maintainence based on 498A FIR only, lot of other grounds would have been considered before passing orders. so if at all u have to take them on you can use this case and its subsequent out come for criminal defamation.

1) File Wirt Petition (Article 226 of Indian Constitution) also against the STATE to violate your fundamental rights (Article 21, Aricle 14 of Indian Constitution) by giving false case and dragging it so long period. Pray for cost and register FIR against culprits.

2) Criminal Defametion - 499 IPC read with 500IPC

3) Perjury 340 CrPC read with 195 CrPC.

4) File private complain U/S 211 IPC and 182 IPC.
