In each court, there is a embeded lie detector in each person sitting as judge, apart from the various cross examination methods used by lawyers to interpret evidence as liars.  A polygraphic machine has never been used for matrimonial matters in court, as per my 15 years of experience in Famly Court.

Lie detecting techniques not used in court proceedings.  even police has to take permission of the court to submit an accused to lie detecting machine
