Deprived of property shares
My friend (in Kolkata)has 3 siblings.After his father's death, his siblings are keeping on grabbing various portions of the parental home and doing constructions.His mother is very much partial to two of the siblings.There is no proper will left by his father, no probate,no mutation.He stays outside Kolkata. How he can seek justice and get his share? He is in tremendous mental pain.

since your friends father had died intestate your father has equal share with all the other legal heirs.he can file a partition suit to claim his share
