Verdict in public forum

Hi All,

Not sure if this is the right section, i recently found a high court verdict involving my family in a public webpage of " indiankanoon.org " , anyway to ensure that this does not happen or are all high court verdicts open for public.

Every decided case are the citation to other relevant cases . This is utilized to help the judiciary and Party to dispose the case as earlier as possible. So no problem in this , only you that it is yours no one knows. Or else the web provider to remove

Thanks for your reply, Details of the verdict are fine but my issue here is that the all details including address of the involved parties were available in a public domain. Wouldn't this be a privacy issue, are sites legally allowed to publish such info?
