Notary land purchase

I have seen a plot near hyderabad for purchase. The history of this plot is as below. Plot area is 400 Sq. Yards and registered to person X in 1988 through registered sale deed. Later it is been sold to person A and then to person B and then to person C. All these transactions that is X to A, A to B, B to C are went through Notary process and were not registered with SRO.These notary documents were validated by SRO and the property is sold to person D through registered sale deed. Right now the encumbrance of the plot shows only the last transaction. Can I go ahead and buy this property? Do I get all legal rights of this property if I buy this land from registered sale deed from person Do? Please suggest.

Mr. Chandra Shekhar, buying of this land upon clearance of the title of this property till X is absolutely no problem. When you get your sale deed registered, incoroprate X as the Vendor, urself as the Purchaser and A,B,C as Confirming parties 1,2,and 3. Also do not forget to mention that they have cleared the dues and the said property is not mortagaged or sold or entered into agreement to any third party besides u. Once all these people sign as confirming parties, there is absolutely no problem
