Actually two month before two lady and one boy (minor) hit my wife and nephew. this 2-3 minutes incident is covered under my cellularphone as recorded. Now i want to register this as FIR which police is refusing, they are only considering as NC. But if you see video it is a physical body brutal attack. since other party has good local political support, thats the reason police is not reacting actively. i dont understand what to do...? Please help with proper advice.

you have two options.
1. To complain to Commissioner of Police or SP
2. filing private complaint before concerned Magistrate Court.

I tried 1st option but that letter brought back to Police in-charge same reason was given. 'NC is registered no need FIR'.
If opt for second option will it considered as court case and hearing will be proceeded.....?

Ok thanks Ramesh. Can anyone provide me the format of complaint letter to magistrate. that will help me to some extent.
