498a

private case was filed of 498a filed with written petition in court on which court ordered 156(3) to police and under police investigation police recorded same statement as it is as per written petition and submit the same to court with charge sheet. On this situation can I asked to court to avoid chief due to already written petition is on record of court. Without taking new chief evidence can I ask for direct cross examination on written statement.

Court will follow protocol, u ask or u don't ask. Now case will go on trial.

trying to show court previous condition on which cheif has been committed in written format with court while filing prvate case? so try to avoid once more.

Chief is mandatory and you may use that in your favour if there is diffrence/ contradictions in her previous statements/complaints/ chief.

Case will run in the court as per procedure as other criminal cases run, chief examination Is mandatory .

Hire an efficiant lawyer for the cross-examination of complainaint. If that it is done perfectly means half battle won and 50% case finished
