Wife share from husband property after his expire is mother

my sis husband had expired one month ago.her mother is asking share in the property of the son.my brother-in-law recived his ansectarial property and got regesteried in his name for which he had given 10 lakhs and they had signed document on 100 rs stamp paper as aproof that they had recived the money.

we have queiry regarding this whether mother is eligable for the share in property of the son.my sis don't have childrens.

It is believed that deceased was Hindu and has not left any valid WILL.

Confirm!

The estate of deceased Hindu male devolves equally upon; ClassI legal heirs i.e.; Mother,wife,sons,daughters.

The Rs.100/ stamp paper and narrtion on it seems to be of NO significance in the matter.

So mother has share.

Hi Prasad if you sis husband not have any will regarding prpperty than you sis mother in law ask her to share with all and its depend those all property where from comes if its come from hindu joint family or your sis husband buy its owen 

so plz check and guide with lawyer you also follow kumar sir advice

Does mother has share in P.f and P.f Pension and Gratituty.

In P.f My brother-in-law has declared nominee as my Sis 100%.
