Respected Sir / Madam,
My brother (Hindu) expired on 16th October'2015. He was a bachelor and left a property behind without any Will / Testament / Devise ?
Both of his Father and Mother are still alive.
He have had three brothers and two married sisters who are all alive.
In this current situation who are the successors of the said property now according to the HINDU SUCCESSION ACT, 1956 ?
