As you have common ancestor you are brother and sister.  Brother and sister marriage is against rules of nature. Yaak thu.  You will be commiting wrong undre Hindu Law and Hindu Marriage Act.  If s*x is the only criterion, then use condom, book room and do ding dong, instead of producing brain dead kids and kids with genetic defects.  You both are sapindas, ie offer pinda (rice cake) to same ancestor.  You should not marry and such marriage is illegal in eyes of Law.  If you still want to go ahead with marriage, you can, cats and dogs dont have brother and sister.

By any chance are you marwadi .Many Mariwadis get married like this . But if you observe their offsprings they are cockeyed and look dumb or are having some defect .

I totally agree with helping hand advocate and Stanley. Yes the law does not allow you to get married and it would be wrong in the eyes of all your relatives. This also implies that when and if you do get married; your daughter and or your son may also get married to their cousin (provided if they are not born abnormal). Research proves the fact that if you were to get married there is more likely hood of a disability in your children. But technically and culturally it is wrong to do that.
