Sales deed

I have purchase a flat in society, builder has done agreement to sale, now bank want Sales deed as I have taken home loan who will pay this expenses?

Sale deed duty and it's registration charges paid by the buyer of the property.

Usually it is paid by buyer and narration to this effect is reduced in writing I agreement to sell.

Go thru the agreement.

Is it mentioned that buyer shall bear all expenses?

If yes, buyer shall bear all expenses, per agreement that has already been signed.
