Case transfer at another court

Absolutely not.  The Courts do not deal with the matters based on same caste, same gotra etc.  Please remove such impression from your mind.  The Courts deal with the matter on legal principles.  If you have appropriate legal poins, better put forward the same in writing before the Court.  In case you do not succeed, then take up the matter in appeal.

Okay  .  in one of the live case the verdict has given by jedge in thre favor of accused who is of same caste .  and the real position is that accused  has done crime . now can we take this matter to high court and file complaint against judge as well..?

@CA Lokesh Pokharna - Court doesn't work on presumptions. All you need to do is file an appeal agasint the decision of Court. Better pursue your case on basis of legal principles than making personal allegations against Judge.

it will not work...dont press the issue you may be prosecuted for contempt also
