delay in disposal of appeal

i worked for a PSU BANK, was dismissed after enquiry on nov. 31 2017 , prefered appeal on 29th dec 2017 acoording to vigilance manual time limit for disposal of appeal is as hereunder...
12.2 In the case of workman employees, the appeal should be disposed of within two months
from the date of receipt of appeal from the appellant employee. In cases where hearings are
required to be given and requested for, such hearings shall be given within one month from the
date of receipt of appeal and the appeal shall be disposed of within one month from the date of
conclusion of hearing.

as you can observe has already been more than a month,, i have not been contacted for hearing and no any other communication has been made to me by appellate authority... plz suggest or advise what legal procedure i can adopt if appellate authority does not dispose of apepeal within stipulated time frame
