No the exchange of garlands not enough for Hindu marriage. The Hindu marriage is solemnised according to customary rites and ceremonies of either party. All essential required ceremonies only make the Hindu marriage valid.

Marriage is union of minds not just bodies or exchange of garlands.
If one party does not want the other. Then even if you prove marriage through any means, resultant is no marriage.
For marriage to be success union of minds, hearts is must not just union of bodies and garlands.
There have been various instance where with proof, photo, video marriage declared void. You should understand force = rape. Don’t run on road which leads no where. It is waste to pursue this matter in court. Better to jerk off and find someone else.
