Is lawyer important for mutual contest divorce?


Hello My Friend had applied for Mutual Contest Divorce.
Both Are agree for Divorce.
The lawyer which they hire is low fees lawyer and not guiding properly.
First Consoling done. They both just reply we are not comfort with each other.
Consuler not agree for this and ask for strong reason.
They have second consoling tomorrow.
Both are confused what to say.

Can you guide them ?

Is lawyer is more important in case of mutual contest divorce. Or lawyer just middle ware ? (Not important in Mutual contest divorce) My Fried have fear that It will not drag more.

If you engage inexperienced lawyer even the most simple divorce by mutual consent becomes difficult to get and the same seems here. If both parties agree for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent how comes the counselor involved in this, not happy to live together is good enough to call of the marriage, no other ground or reason required. All this happens when inexperienced lawyers knowing not a bit of divorce laws are engaged for job. If both parties handle the case themselves let them do it without such lawyer.

No need of advocate or lawyer if parties agree mutually, one letter signed jointly by both parties is enough.
