what happen when I will not attend the second motion of mutual consent filed by me and my wife
is their any punishment ??

Why you want to do this when you yourself agreed for MCD.

You will be back to the pint from where you started.

No punishment, just the presiding judge of the Fa will either give a date for appearance of both parties or dismiss the petition

I don't think dismissal is legal.     Had it been contested divorce applied for by complainant, dismissal would be legal.     In mutual consent divorce, the absence of any pary once may result in ex party decision.    Repeated absence shall result in ex party decision.
