Property partition

I want to partition of my joint property with help of court (Law)

Can I do partition without partition suit case ?

Partition amicably (with boundaries) with other legal heirs/Co-sharers and register the deed.

Or approach court to partition!

All of u write deed of partition mentioning schedules and register in registrar office.if dispute arises then file suit for partition in competent court of law.&take decree it is Ur choice.
