Hii sir,
we are member of society.
we have taken a permission for parking of tempo in which our loading goods are stored, but society restricted for that.
so we send a legal notice through lawyer to secretary of society to remove restrictions and give permission for parking.
But secretary send us a return notice in which he mentioned a penalty that we have to pay 11000Rs. to send a wrong notice.
My question is that, Is there is any penalty to give a notice to secretary of the society???????
