I am the Investigation officer in a case.
In which one of accused granted Anticipatory bail at Hon'ble High court of telangana with the following conditions:
Accused has to furnish 3.2 Crore Rupees Bank guarantee , 1 lakh surety which should be satisfied by the SHO.
every alternative day the accused must attend at Police station.
After this order the accused approached Hon'ble Supreme court.
The Supreme Court has given the relaxation in 3.2 Crores Bank Guarantee and remaining are the same.
even after this, the accused not complying any of the above.

You should issue an arrest warrant and arrest him for that he breached the bail terms. Just make the report and get warrants issued.
