Name in passport

Hi all please advice. All my educational certificates have name mentioned as "Vijaya Bhaskar N". Initial N is my Father's First Name " Neelappa Jujare". Even other documents like aadhar, driving license, voters id have name mentioned as "Vijaya Bhaskar N". However in passport, the given name is "Vijaya Bhaskar" and surname is "Jujare". please advise if the given name is incorrect and can become a problem. Should i get this corrected in given name as "Vijaya Bhaskar Neelappa " and get the surname removed?
