Impotency basically refers to physical, psychological, or other medical condition that makes it impossible for a partner to have s*xual intercourse. It is also a ground of divorce.
It could be shown through medical and psychological tests. It may be served as a ground of divorce either if the condition cannot be treated or partner refuses for the test. District court, wherein you have filed your case gives the order for the test.

The specific evidence required to prove impotence will depend on your state's laws. Generally, your own testimony won't be enough to prove that your spouse is impotent. You'll need to submit medical records or hire an expert to testify about your spouse's inability to have s*x.

Generally, impotence is a physical or psychological condition that makes it impossible for a spouse to engage in s*xual intercourse. Withholding s*x from your spouse doesn't qualify as impotence. Nor does the inability to produce a child, at least in most states.

Psychologist Economakis said that one of the biggest reasons divorced men may suffer from erectile dysfunction is that they have unsatisfactory or even absent s*x lives. 'The first reason is that they often tend to have either negligent, absent or unsatisfactory s*x lives

Impotence can have emotional causes but most often it is due to a physical problem. The physical causes of impotence include diseases (such as diabetes and hypertension), injuries (such as from prostate surgery), side-effects of drugs (such as the protease inhibitors used in HIV therapy), and disorders (such as atherosclerosis) that impair blood flow in the penis. Impotence is treatable in all age groups. Treatments include psychotherapy, vacuum devices, surgery and, most often today, drug therapy.

No matter what erectile dysfunction treatment or treatments (whether herbal remedies or not) a man ultimately decides upon, experts say it's important to eat healthily and to avoid smoking and heavy drinking. Moreover, adequate exercise, stress reduction, and sleep can improve erectile dysfunction in many

Erectile dysfunction (ED), formerly known as impotence, is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection long enough to engage in s*xual intercourse.

Actually, when wife alleged impotence on husband which is not true, she is signalling to him that she doesn’t want to come back under any scenario.  Also, such an allegation would have been made as a joint decision of her parents and family members, and looking at gravity of the allegation, they are all in acting in unison to destroy your reputation and possibly your future marriage prospects if you don’t handle it well.

The whistle stop work schedules and jetting around the globe chasing deals and dreams sapped his s*xual vitality. A psychiatrist once said that about 10 % couples check their mobile phones during s*x and majority soon after. The figures  may vary but love in the time of ‘deadlines’ and ‘media updates’ can easily kill desire.

There were drugs to treat them but the ultimate aphrodisiac remained elusive. Obesity, excessive smoking, alcoholism, and drug abuse were indirectly responsible. More visible was the effect of diabetes, high blood pressure, high lipids and cardio vascular diseases especially in those above 40. Stress and sedentary lifestyle was the major contributing factor in all age groups. In majority, it was mostly psychological and counselling helped much more.

The riddle you are posing is beyond any suggestion. The hypotheses you are trying to advacing need to be tested in a trial based on the evidence adduced and arguments advanced.

I am not a legal expert, but I can provide some general information. The specific tests or procedures that may be required to establish impotence or its causes can vary depending on jurisdiction and the specific circumstances of the case. It's important to consult with a qualified attorney who specializes in family law in your jurisdiction for accurate and up-to-date information regarding legal matters.

In cases where impotence or s*xual dysfunction is alleged, medical examinations, including physical and psychological evaluations, may be conducted to determine the underlying cause. These evaluations are typically performed by medical professionals and not directly related to a specific court order.

Regarding alimony or compensation claims, the laws and regulations governing such matters also vary between jurisdictions. Factors such as the duration of the marriage, the earning capacity of both spouses, and the specific circumstances of the case are often considered in determining the eligibility and amount of alimony or compensation. It's advisable to consult with a family law attorney who can provide guidance based on the laws applicable to your situation.

Please note that this information is not legal advice, and it's important to consult with a qualified attorney for specific legal guidance tailored to your circumstances.
