Judgement without the judge

Is it normal in judiciary or objectionable.
(The litigants given the decision of court in absence of Judge without meeting/hearing him)

After recieving court summons, on first date, My 78 years old father was made to sign a compromise with landlord, under pressure, to vacate the rented premises in 2 months. (Court order for eviction) with his and Judges name typed underneeth.

This order was typed by junior staff, in court, The judge was not present, My father NEVER MET or SAW the judge in court.

He was intersted to request the judge for atleast 6 months time, which he could not.

1. There is some error in your story which you may not be aware, for which you may visit the Court Registrar and take out certified copies of the Roznama proceedings and see what happened.

2. IF what you mentioned is true, THEN you can always file Appeal in the higher appellate court.

Sir,

You can easily file an appeal in the Appellate Court regarding this issue.

However, can you explain your issue a bit more?

The court cannot proceed without the presiding officer. Just confirm that the orders are duly signed by judge. If you apprehend any mischeif just bring that to the notice of Vigillance wing  functioning from High Court
