Two police challana/chargesheet

Two different police challans are presented in the court of magistrate 1st class ....one is under section 326 IPC and the other under section 304 IPC. Please describe briefly how the court should proceed in disposing of these cases ?

Sir I just want to know the procedure in respect of two challans presented in a single case...it is a question which was asked in a judicial exam

this can't be, because according to fds rts art 22 double geopardy i.e. No one should be punished as two for one case.
