My father and my uncle(Cha-cha) were owner of two plots in 50â„…share in each plots. Thy decided to become owner of single single plot by transfer of their share of1-1 plot to one another. As in haryana real brothers can transfer their land to one another without paying any tax. So my father make registry of his share from one plot to my uncle name and he become owner of one complete plot. Now uncle has to transfer his share from another plot to my father's name, but now he refused to make the registry.
What can my father do to bring back his share , Can he appeal for cancellation of registry which he made in his brother or my uncle name.
