Ancestoral property

Hi,

One of my relative girl lost her husband , she had 5months old son. Since she was in young age, relatives forced her for other marriage and now she is married to other person.

Since she had son for her first husband, does son has rights to claim on his dad's ancestoral property even if his mother is married ( second marriage)

Thanks,

Learning

Hello, A child can claim a share in his dad's ancestral property as well as a share in the father's self-acquired property.
