The advices of experts are sought on the following:
1). In a proprietorship firm where general poa has been executed, whether PAN of POA holder should be registered or PAN of the proprietor while filing gst, trade licenses, opening bank accounts etc.
2). Can the poa donor stand as guarantor, when poa holder is taking bank loan on the name of the proprietorship firm.

( 1 ) power of attorney holder has been authorised to do acts on behalf of principal ( proprietor ) so PAN of proprietor is required for getting GST, Trade License and opening Bank accounts however adhar card of poa holder may also be demanded.
