After my father's demise my mother made me transfer all the shares and mutual funds nominated to me bynmy father on the pretext that she should be the custodian. Now she is wanting me out of the house stating that i don't have any shares nominated not have I transferred anything to her. The house was bought by my father but in her name and she wants us to vacate the same and not willing to do any partition or return my liquid assets

Transfer and nomination of shares and house owned by your mother, are some mixed up facts. Be clear and specific.

Dear sir,
My mother firstly after my father's demise made me transfer all the shares, stocks and mutual funds where I was nominated to her now she claims no transfer was done and she is not obligated to give me anything.
Secondly she now wants me and my wife and daughter to evict the family house because it was purchased in her name tough she has no source of income and has been a homemaker all along after her marriage. The main reason of my father purchasing the house in her name was that Gujarat government has given a 50% waiver on stamp duty and registration if rhe property is purchased in a woman's name.
I am being metted with this ordeal mainly because I being a rajput had a intercaste marriage.
