I have missed one Yes bank EMI for July month and on same month i have been chased by bank recovery agent for money, I told them I can't repay this month but I will surely pay next month with penalty charges yet they sent recovery agent at home without sending any notice.
can someone guide me for legal rights in such situations, what are RBI guidelines and can they send recovery agent on same month.

The recovery agents cannot misbehave in the name of recovery or collection from the defaulters.
You can take down their name and phone number and give a complaint to the local police about the atrocities.
You can issue a legal notice to the lender in this regard and advise them to follow due process of law instead of indulging in such illegal activities.
