Generally private firm denied the rti request by saying trade secrets.
Is there any CIC judgement for above..please suggest for reference

Rti for private companies isn't directly subject to the Right to Information (RTI) Act, as it typically applies to public/government bodies. Private companies' information, including “Rti for private companies,” is governed by their internal policies and relevant laws, like data protection regulations.

But private entities are covered under Section 2(f) of the RTI Act, which states that information means any material in any form, including any document, form, memo, email, logbook, circular, Contains samples, contracts, models, papers, or any data support. Any information in electronic form and relating to a private body that can be accessed by a public authority under any law for the time being in force.
