Gift settlement deed

I have parents, one younger brother, my wife, and children. My mother-in-law transferred the property to my wife through an unconditional Dhana Settlement (deed) as she is a blood relative, with my wife’s younger sister signing as a witness. My wife also transferred the property to me through an unconditional Dhana Settlement (deed). In this case, who will be the legal successors to the property after me?

The successors in interest to you to inherit your properties after your lifetime will be ytour class I legal heirs, provided you have not made any arrangement over the property on your name during your lifetime, presumably you are Hindu by religion

It is your self-acquired property, which shall devolve upon the successor(s) as per personal laws governing the subject.
