Conveyance deed

A flat was allotted by a registered cooperative society to MR. A. But the conveyence deed of the flat has the name of MR. A as well as his wife MRS. A because he had borrowed some money from his wife also. But the percentage of share of each is not mentioned.The conveyence deed is a registered one. So are the husband and wife equal owners of the flat??

The one which as been registered shall have legal validity and the name shown in sale deed, the rest shall need to be proved with documents showing the same
