Hi Sir / Madam,

One of our oppsite person convited with 3000 ruppes fine under IPC 326 section, What is the impact for his career in future.

1) He will get passport ?

2) He is eligible to apply GOVT jobs?

3) He will eligible to contest in the election in future and what are the drawback for him in the future.

Ans : No cased is pending as he is now convicted he can get passport

2) He is eligible to apply GOVT jobs?

ANS : nO
