Coom floor issue

1. Just laugh in front of him when he intrupts you with an intetion to provoke beach of peace. If he does not stop intentionally insulting you to intentionall cause a breach of peace then make a rucus ( make loud talking) when he is at his worst conduct and then call the police on telephone number 100 to the location and file a complaint against him under s/ 107 Cr.P.C. and s/504 of I.P.C.

we are alredy doing that except police complaint,bec she is young ledy and when we spoke loudly with her she called all building people and told the we are try to do something wrong and her strong point is that "" She is staying alone and we are not talk with her from begining".

	SIr, i am rishabh from mumbai, It was held that in this month we facing too much problem from our neghibourer for common Floor issue problem, our flat is in corner way ad there is one way to out side, she was purposefully take issue every time and if we are going to fight with her she shamelessly told that we are going to abuse & do something wrong with her and no single people told against her in meeting of society,we also inform to our builder for same he told that she was doing wrong and he is redy to support us and we also gone to police station for FIR against her but police said that settel down inter we can take this Complait it is not neccessory. So plesae suggest me for what can i do againt her for per permanently free from her toucher

Sir i just want to confirm taht shoud we take below stap against her,

1) take a one stamp paper and in fornt of advocate or any perosn call all committe member and that ledy and take written down that " this is ca common floor and no body own this, futher this matter come again society & will companste to us for same" becouse society commitee are incapable to take decisions.
