in mumbai,ours is a regd society of 1982. All open to sky parkings are alloted and owned by members. some have it in purchase agreement, some dont. there are no disputes about parking ownership.
My questions: I want to purchase the right of open parking of a flat owner (does not have written in his purchase agreement,) Do I i) Need Society NOC ii) can I purchase by just a letter of relinquish and without a purchase agreement ?
